Examination Pattern:- Exam Pattern  for Assistant Labour Officer  may be downloaded from official web portal. Exam changes take place in timing. Complete procedure given in the below table.

OSSC ALO, Exam Pattern :-

Written Exam :- 200 Marks
Viva Voice :- 20 Marks

In Written Exam there will be Two Papers which contains all objective type questions with multiple choices.

Paper I :- Will be Of 100 Marks Total & Duration Will Be Of 1.30 Hours i.e 90 Minutes. The Following Will be asked in Paper I

 Language & general Studies :- This will contain three sections namely English Language (25 Questions ), Odia language (25 Questions), and General Studies (50 Questions ). All questions will be in Objective type with multiple choices. The Questions are asked for checking the candidates knowledge for English & Odia Language proficiency, grammar & Usage. In General Studies includes following subjects like Gen. Science, Current Events, History & Geography Of India / Odisha Indian Polity & Constitution, Socio, economic Scenario of India / Odisha, Issues in environment & Human Rights, Arithmetic OF HSC Standard, qualitative aptitude & numerical skill, Problems In Logical & Reasoning.

Paper II :- Will be Of 100 Marks Total & Duration Will Be Of 1.30 Hours i.e 90 Minutes. The Following Will be asked in Paper II.

Labour Laws & Industrial Relations :-  Will comprise of 100 marks & Questions will be of Objective Type With Multiple Choices. & the Questions will be asked from following fields :- Industrial Relations, Personal Management, Labour Laws, Labour Welfare, Business Administration & Human Resource management,.

16. Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare & Cess Act.
17. Un Organised Workers Social Security Act 2008.

   Viva Voice Test :- There Will be Interview or Viva Voice Test Of 20 Marks On the performance in the written Exams.
